Meadowbank wine is a partnership between the Ellis and Dredge families, bringing together the brilliant and distinctly Tasmanian fruit of Meadowbank with the intuitive and equally brilliant skills of winemaker Peter Dredge.
Meadowbank’s current releases are a 2011 Blanc de Blancs (first batch disgorged late 2015), a 2013 Chardonnay, and a 2010 Pinot Noir. Meadowbank is quintessentially Tasmanian, offering the purest realisation of our vineyard and fruit.
In big news, we plan to expand on our existing sparkling, chardonnay and pinot noir trio with 2016 versions of the above and a V16 riesling and gamay. Exciting times that we look forward to sharing with you in the future.
